Lawn Care: Precise maintenance of your lawn is our number one priority. Sharp blades are a must. Accurate deck height of 3 to 3 1/2 inches is needed especially for the hot months. As the grass blades at this height help shade each other and the fresh cut tips keep the moisture flowing. Good running machines with correct maintenance makes all this possible. We always alter the cutting pattern. If the cutting pattern remains the same or is varied infrequently, over time unsightly grooves will develop in your lawn. Fertilizing: Granular spreading is the best way for accurate absorption into the ground. With maintenance three times per year is all that is needed to keep a healthy lawns bright green also low on weeds. Mulching: Mulching rates are usually $100 per yard of Died mulch which includes light weeding and pruning.. With mechanical bed edging. This is where a good landscape company shines. We always edge beds to a 2 1/2 to 3 inch 45 degree angle. Keeping mulch depth around tree base to not damage the roots and correct depth over beds to help keep weeds from sprouting thru. We prefer to use died brown shredded mulch. This mulch holds the color longer than other died mulches. Black is another good choice, of course both of these do cost more than the natural mulch. Hedging & Pruning: Trimming back shrubs to get the best appearance for your garden or house while helping the plants gain stronger limbs by stimulating the growth is a craft that we pride our selves in. From spiral designs, ball shape, square shape or keeping the ornamental plants maintained, to thinning out tree’s, crape myrtle and others is right up our alley. Some times we are asked to haul away or cut down trees. We are able to help out with the down tree’s or any that are under a certain height. There are a few companies we work with that are qualified along with insured for the bigger tree work.. Soft Scape & Design: Offering a wide range of materials is no problem to allow clients to see the plants first hand before installation and billing and able to supplement is also another feature we offer. What seemed great on print or mind does not always go with the flow of the art that is created by planting and designing. Again we do not do patio’s or big hard scape jobs but we do have companies we can recommend that offer light installations as well as water features to gas grills. Spring & Fall clean up: Getting the dead debris and cleaning the weeds out of the beds is a job that we will gladly take out of your hands. While pricing these jobs are harder depending on wet leaves and debris. We try and maintain a $80 per hour rate for all work. Leaf Removal: along with bed clean up seems to be a cheap job in a lot of people eyes. Though having the tools, leaf blowers, tarps, vacuum and hauling them to dispose them is all highly expensive once added together. Snow Plowing: We offer snow plowing at many different levels. So pricing will vary on your specific job. The commercial locations are priorties during times of extreme storms.
